1 lb chicken (I use a roasted chicken)
1 package (8oz) cream cheese, cut into cubes
1 can (4.5 oz) chopped green chilies
1 package corn tortillas
2 cans Old El Paso green chile enchilada sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease 9x13 glass baking dish.
In skillet, add cream cheese, chilies and chicken. Cook and stir until cream cheese is melted.
Spoon chicken filling onto tortillas; roll up and place seam side down in baking dish. Pour enchilada sauce over top; sprinkle with cheese. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until hot and cheese is melted.

** We fry our tortillas just a few seconds on each side before filling
