6 chicken breasts
2 T parsley
1 cup bread crumbs
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp salt
oz slivered almonds, chopped
t pepper
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
3 egg whites

Sauce:
margarine
1 t salt
2 cups sliced mushrooms
pepper to taste
1 cup chicken broth
1 t worcestershire

2 t cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Combine bread crumbs, cheese, salt, pepper, parsley garlic and almonds.
Dip chicken in egg whites then roll in bread crumb mixture.
Put in 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes


For sauce mixture:

Saute mushrooms in melted margarine.
Gradually add broth to mixture in skillet, continue to stir.
Dissolve cornstarch in small amount of liquid. Add to the skillet mixture, stirring constantly until thick. Add seasonings to taste, and Worcestershire. Spoon over chicken breasts.
