1 21 ounce can apple pie filling
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
10 6 inch flour tortillas
5 T butter or margarine
1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
whipped topping or ice cream, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Spoon pie filling evenly down the center of each tortilla: sprinkle with cinnamon. Roll up and place seam side down., in a lightly greased 2 quart baking dish.

Bring butter, sugars and water to a boil in a medium saucepan; reduce heat and simmer, stirring constantly for three minutes. Pour over enchiladas; let stand for 30 minutes.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Spoon extra syrup over each enchilada when serving.
