12 eggs
2 cups milk
2 Tbs parsley, chopped
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp pepper
1 pkg English muffins, coarsely chopped
1 pkg Canadian bacon, chopped
1 pkg hollandaise sauce mix
1 tsp lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. In large bowl, whisk together eggs, 1 cup milk, parsley, salt, garlic powder and pepper.
Combine muffins and bacon in ungreased 2 qt. baking dish. Pour egg mixture over top; let stand 5 minutes.
Bake until puffed and set, about 40 minutes. Meanwhile, make hollandaise sauce according to package directions using butter and remaining milk. Stir in lemon juice. Serve with casserole.
