1 lb. Dried Dlack Beans
2 qt Water
1˝ tbsp Salt
5 Cloves Garlic
2 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
1˝ tsp Cumin
1˝ tsp Oregano
5 oz Olive Oil
1 Onion, chopped
1 Green Pepper, seeded and chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Wash beans. Place in a large pot; Soak overnight. DO NOT DRAIN. Add salt, cover and simmer 1˝ hours until beans are soft. In a separate bowl combine crushed garlic, vinegar, cumin, and oregano. Heat olive oil in a skillet and add onion and green pepper and sauté until brown. Add garlic mixture and cook 1-2 minutes. Add everything to pot. Stir and simmer 1 hour
