Ingredients:
1 large chicken breast
salt and pepper
½ cup thin sliced onion
2–3 cloves of garlic, minced fine.

¼ cup mild cheddar cheese
½ cup milk or cream.

½ can sweet peas, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken breast in pan and cover well with chicken broth. Add pepper, onions, and garlic for flavor. Boil until tender. Remove to cool; then shred. Keep chicken broth. Next, cook egg noodles (small curly egg noodles are good). When noodles are tender drain. Mix Velveeta cheese, ½ - ¾ cup of chicken broth (from above), add ¼ to ½ cup mild cheddar cheese. Add about ½ cup of milk or cream. Heat mixture until it is melted (add more cheese if sauce is too thin, add more broth if sauce is too thick). Add shredded chicken, noodles, and peas. Heat through.
