2 large cucumbers
1 large Vidalia onion
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. dill weed
¼ cup vinegar
¼ cup sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Trim and slice cucumbers. Peel and slice onion. Place cucumbers and onions in a bowl. In another bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients until well blended. Pour dressing mixture over onions and cucumbers; toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate.
