Making one spoon at a time, dip spoon into semi-sweet chocolate, just coating front and back bowl of spoon. Drizzle about 1 tsp. melted white chocolate on front of spoon bowl. Use a wooden pick and swirl chocolates together to make a marbleized look. Set spoons on waxed paper. Let stand at room temperature until set. (2 to 3 hours).
