C. Butter 2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 C. Sifted Flour tsp. Cinnamon
tsp. Salt 2 C. Cooked Apples or Apple Pie Filling
1 C. milk (Note: Apple pie filling makes it even better)
1 C. Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in 2 quart casserole. Combine rest of ingredients except for apples, to make batter. Pour in batter on top of butter. Drain apples and pile in center of batter. Bake at 375 until batter covers fruit and crust browns, approximately 30 to 40 minutes. Makes 5 to 6 servings.
