Ingredients:  
3 C. Milk
2 Sm. Pkg. French Vanilla Pudding
8 Oz. Cool Whip
1 Pkg. Graham Crackers
Mix pudding with milk. Fold in cool whip. Place single layer of crackers in bottom of 9x13 pan. (DO NOT crush cracker) Spoon half od pudding mix over crackers. Cover with another layer of crackers, rest of pudding then another layer of crackers on top.
Frost with:
3 Tbs. each - hot water, hot butter, cocoa.
1 C. Powdered Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla

Pour over top. Refridgerate over night.
