Peanut Butter Sheet Cake

2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 cup water, bring to boil
1 cup butter
¾ cups peanut butter
¼ tsp. salt
½ cup buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, slightly beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together flour and sugar. Bring the water, butter, peanut butter and salt to a boil. Pour over sugar and flour. Add in the buttermilk, soda, vanilla and eggs. Mix well. Pour into a greased sheet cake pan.

Bake at 400º for 20 minutes.
 

Peanut Butter Frosting


Ingredients:

½ stick butter (actually calls for 1 stick but is too greasy for me)
6 Tbsp. milk
¾ cup peanut butter
1 lb. box of powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Bring the butter, milk and peanut butter to a boil. Pour over the powdered sugar. Mix in the vanilla. Spread on warm cake.
