3 C. Flour
½ tsp. Baking Powder
1 1/3 C. Shortening (Crisco)
2 Tbs. Butter or margarine
Mix together well.
In a small bowl, place:
½ C. Water
2 Tbs. Vinegar
1 Egg
2/3 C. Flour
1 tsp. Salt
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together to make a paste and add to the flour and shortening mixture. Mix slightly. (DO NOT OVER MIX) Makes 3 one crust pies.
