1 1/2 C. sugar 1 1/2 C. mashed ripe bananas
1 C. sour cream 2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 C. margarine 2 C. flour
1 tsp. baking soda 2 eggs
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375. Grease and flour jelly roll pan. Mix sugar, sour cream, margarine, eggs for one minute. Beat banana and vanilla on low speed. Beat in flour, salt, baking soda. Spread dough in pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes. Cool. Frost.
