Ingredients:  
1 Boneless Chicken Breast
3 Carrotts fresh
1 lb green beans
1 Cup white rice
2 C butternut squash

Directions:
Directions:
Bake chicken, boil carrots until soft, boil green beans until soft, cook rice, cook squash then puree until smooth, cut chicken into 1 inch cubes, mix all together.
