1 lb- 2 lb of pizza dough (room temperature)
3-4 Italian sausage Links (uncased)
1 red bell pepper (chopped)
1 medium onion (chopped)
1 tablespoon garlic (minced-optional)
2 cups mozzarella cheese
Parmesan Cheese
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350 degrees
In a skillet cook sausage, pepper, onion and garlic. While that mixture is cooling, roll out dough into a large rectangle (we use a 15x20 inch cutting board as a guide) carefully spread cooked mixture of meat over top of dough. Then top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Carefully roll up one side (the longer portion) to meet with the other side. place on cookie sheet (you may have to put it on diagonally) Brush with beaten egg mixture Bake for 45 minutes (internally temperature of bread should be 200 degrees) Slice and enjoy!!
