1 Stick oleo
½ C Crisco
3 Tbs cocoa
1 C water
2 C flour
2 C sugar
½ C Buttermilk
1 tsp soda
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp vanilla
pecans are optional

Directions:
Directions:
Combine oleo, Crisco, cocoa & water in sauce pan and bring to a rapid boil. Sift flour and sugar together in large mixing bowl. Pour hot mixture over sugar and flour, stir well, add buttermilk, soda, and add slightly beaten eggs, also vanilla. Mix well. This will be real thin. Cook in 16 x 11" pan.
Bake 20 min at 400º .

I cook this in a regular pan and I can't cook it that fast, I may have put some icing on it, but not usually. The receipe is just a powdered sugar icing.
