Ingredients:
Cake:
2 C flour
½ tsp salt
2 C sugar
1 tsp soda
1½ Stick margarine
1 C water
½ C Crisco
½ C Peanut Butter
½ C buttermilk
2 Eggs

Icing:
1/3 C milk
¾ Stick margarine
½ C Peanut Butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 lb. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cake: In blender, mix: flour, salt, sugar, soda. Melt and bring to boil: margarine, water, Crisco and peanut butter.
Pour the hot ingredients as you turn on the mixer and mix well. Then add buttermilk and eggs. Mix well and bake at 350º
for about 40 minutes. This is in a 13x9 pan. I bake mine in a large cookie sheet so it is a little thinner and is not so rich. But, it is delicious both ways. The cookie sheet just takes about 20 minutes.

Icing: Bring to a boil: milk, margarine, peanut butter: add vanilla, then pour in mixer and add powdered sugar, and mix well. I let my cake cool a little before I put the icing on and then it does not run off as bad, but it tells you to put icing on the hot cake as it comes out. You can try and see how it works best for you.
