½ C flour
2 Eggs
1 C brown sugar
⅔ C melted butter
1 C pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together and fill mini-size muffin cups ⅔'s full. Bake at 350º for 18-20 minutes.
(I was told that full size muffins don't work as well, so, use mini-muffin pans- no greasing of muffin cups required.)
