3 C chopped potatoes
C chopped onion
1 C sliced celery(opt)
1 C water
1 C milk
1 tsp. parsley flakes
tsp salt
1 Chicken boullion cubes
lb. Velveeta cheese (cubed)
2 Tbs. flour
dash pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In large saucepan, combine potatoes, water, celery, carrots, onion, parsley flakes, bouillon and seasonings.
Mix well, cover and simmer 15-20 minutes, until vegetables are tender. Gradually add milk to flour until well blended.
Add milk mixture to vegetables. Cook until thickened. Add cheese and stir until melted.
