Ingredients:  
1 Onion, Chopped
1 Clove of Garlic Minced
1 C Long Grain White Rice (Uncle Ben's)
2 1/4 Cups Liquid (as follows)
*1 Can Beef Consume'
* Rest Beef Broth
Salt & Pepper to Taste
Butter to saute'
(Adjust recipe by following rice directions for # of servings)

Heat Saute pan and butter
Add Onions to soften
Add Rice, saute' stirring occasionally, browning the rice, add garlic
Once Rice is nicely browned add liquid stir in and cover
Cook covered for approx 20 min untill all liquid is absorbed.
