Abigail Frickey (Stuckey)


4 c bread, cubed
-1 c celery, chopped
-1 c onions, chopped
1 Tbsp tarragon or basil
tsp salt
tsp paprika
⅛ tsp nutmeg
broth to moisten
2-3 eggs

2 Tbsp turkey dripping
2 Tbsp flour
1 c stock
salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together and place in pan in 350 oven. Bake for 30-45 min until edges crispy and center not soupy.
