4 c bread, cubed
¼-1 c celery, chopped
¼-1 c onions, chopped
1 Tbsp tarragon or basil
¾ tsp salt
½ tsp paprika
⅛ tsp nutmeg
broth to moisten
2-3 eggs

Gravy:
2 Tbsp turkey dripping
2 Tbsp flour
1 c stock
salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together and place in pan in 350º oven. Bake for 30-45 min until edges crispy and center not soupy.
