Cookie Layer:
1 square chocolate (unsweetened) flour
cup margarine cup chopped pecans
1 egg
cup sugar

Filling:
2 Tbs soft margarine tsp vanilla
1 Tbs evaporated milk 1 cup powdered sugar

Glaze:
1 square chocolate (unsweetened) 1 Tbs margarine

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Grease 8x8x2 cake pan
Cookie layer: Melt chocolate and margarine together in microwave (I minute). Cool slightly. In medium bowl beat egg until frothy, stir in chocolate mixture and sugar. Add flour and pecans; stir until blended. Pour into pan. Bake 20 minutes, cool thoroughly.
Filling: In small bowl, blend all ingredients. Spread over cookie layer; chill 10 minutes.
Glaze: Melt chocolate and margarine together in microwave (1 minute). Pour over filling-tilting pan to reach corners. Refrigerate 15 minutes. Cut into sticks or squares.
