1 lb. breakfast sausage - I like to use the 'hot' sausage (browned, crumbled & drained)
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
Salsa
Shredded cheese (cheddar or mexican blend)

Directions:
Directions:
Spread softened cream cheese in the bottom of a pie plate or casserole dish.

Top with browned breakfast sausage.

Pour salsa over sausage.

Top with shredded cheese. (You can also add jalapenos or chilies if you like on top.)

Bake @ 350º for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and hot. Serve with tortilla chips.
