Basmati rice 1 cup, coconut milk 1 cup, 1 onion, green chilly 1-2, small piece of ginger, whole Jera 1tsf
One package broccoslaw, salt to taste, lime and coriander for garnishing





Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice with 1cup of coconut milk and one cup of water. Cool the cooked rice. Fry cut pieces of ginger,green chilies, chopped onion and jeera in a couple teaspoon of oil. Add broccoslaw to the mixture. Fry for a couple of minutes. Add salt to taste. Mix with cooked rice. Add lime juice to taste. Garnish with coriander. Serve with raita.
