3 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 c pealed and shredded zucchini
3 c flour
1 c oil
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 c crushed pineapple, drained
2 c sugar
1 tsp salt
1 c nuts
1 tsp cinnamon

Cream Cheese Icing:
½ c oleo
8 oz cream cheese
1 lb confectioners sugar (1 package)
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs until fluffy, add vanilla, sugar, zucchini and oil; mix dry ingredients and add to mixture. Add nuts last. Bake 1 hour at 325º. Use cream cheese icing.

Cream Cheese Icing:
Mix butter, cream cheese, confectioners sugar and vanilla together.
