Precooked Ham
Mountain Dew
2 cups water
Brown sugar
Foil wrap
Large roasting pan with rack or steam rack

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Remove any rind on ham by cutting right up next to rind, leaving fat. Place ham on rack in roasting pan fat side up. Pour water and Mountain Dew in pan. Cover with foil tenting away from ham and attaching to sides of the pan.
Bake 10 minutes per pound. Example 12 pound x 10 equals 120 minutes divided by 60 minutes. Bake time would be 2 hours. Remove pan from oven carefully without spilling juice. Score fat with knife, making diamond shapes. Take Brown sugar and pack with wet hands around the top and sides of ham the best you can without burning yourself. Place back in oven without knocking brown sugar off. Change oven to broil low setting. On low setting, broil ham for 5-10 minutes. Carmelizing brown sugar on top of ham. Remove and let ham cool. Slice and serve.
