8 T (1 stick) butter
3/4 C. sugar
2 eggs
3 lg. ripe bananas, mashed
1 tsp. anilla
1 C. all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. shelled walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350 degrees. Grease bread pan. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time. Stir in dry ingredients, mixing well. Fold in bananas, vanilla and walnuts. Pour into pan, bake 50-60 minutes. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Makes one loaf.
