12 medium potatoes (hot and cooked)
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. margarine
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 t. salt
Directions:
Directions:
Mash potatoes and then add cream cheese, followed by the margarine in small pieces, until melted. Mix together sour cream, milk, eggs and onions. Add to potatoes and beat well until fluffy. Put in a greased casserole dish and refrigerate several hours. Bake @ 350º for 45 minutes or until light brown.
