4 potatoes peeled and cut into little cubes
˝ chopped onion
1 chopped clove of garlic
2 to 3 chopped stalk of celery
3 T chopped peeled canned tomatoes
2 T extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper

1 cup ditalini pasta

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté the onion, garlic and celery for 3 or 4 minutes, add the tomatoes cook another 4 to 5 minutes than add 4 cups of water, bring to a boil add salt and pepper to your taste. Cook till the potatoes are very soft.

In a large pot bring the water to a boil, salt and add the pasta. Cook till tender then add to the potatoes. Mix and serve.
