1 lb ground beef
2 c celery, chopped
2 c onion, chopped
3 c water
14½ oz can chicken broth
10½ oz can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
6¾ package quick cooking long grain and wild rice mix
6 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled (for garnish)

Directions:
Directions:
In a 3 qt saucepan, cook beef, celery and onion until beef is browned and vegetables are tender; drain. Add water, broth, soup, and rice with contents of seasoning package from rice. Bring to boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Garnish with bacon. (You can also use regular wild rice mix...not the quick cooking, just remember to simmer longer.)
