1 lb sausage, browned and drained
6 eggs
¾ c milk
½ tsp salt
dash of pepper
dash of garlic powder
1 c cheddar cheese, shredded
½ lb hash browns
Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs, mix and spices. Cover greased baking pan with hash browns. Lay on the sausage, covering the potatoes. Sprinkle cheese over sausage. Pour egg mixture over all. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350º for about an 30 minutes. Remove from oven; let stand for 10 minutes. Cut into squares and serve.
