Ingredients: ¾ c milk (heated approximately 30 seconds in microwave)- around 80º 1 tsp vanilla 1 c butter, room temperature 2 eggs, room temperature and beaten 1 tsp salt ½ c sugar 3 cups bread flour 2¼ tsp yeast
Cinnamon Filling: ½ c butter, softened ¾ c sugar 1-2 Tbsp cinnamon

Directions:In a large bowl or in the bowl of a 5 qt stand mixer, combine all the ingredients in the order given except the Cinnamon Filling. Using a dough hook, mix everything together until soft dough forms. Turn the dough out onto a lightly oiled surface, and knead until elastic, approximately 10 minutes (in an electric mixer). Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let rise for 60 minutes. After dough has risen, roll and stretch the dough into approximately a 15 in x 24 in rectangle. Butter a 9 in x 13 in x 2 in baking pan. Brush the softened butter from the Cinnamon Filling over the top of the dough with a rubber spatula. Sprinkle Cinnamon Filling over the butter on prepared dough. Starting with long edge, roll up dough; pinch seams to seal. With a knife, lightly nark roll into 1½ in sections. Use a sharp knife. Place cut side up in the buttered pan, flattening them slightly. Cover and let rise in a warm place for approximately 45-60 minutes or until doubled in size (after rising, rolls should be touching each other and the sides of the pan). Preheat oven to 350º. Bake in the oven approximately 20-25 minutes until they are a light golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
