Personal Notes:
This was the very first recipe my mother-in-law shared with me when Chuck and I got married. She told me he always enjoyed it when she made it, so I made it with love once a week! I was a terrible cook and appreciated the uncomplicated ingredients and directions. It's not the healthiest, (the good stuff never is!) but you can modify it to meet your needs, i.e. low sodium soups, chicken breasts/thighs, brown rice, etc. ENJOY!
