1 pounds fresh mushrooms
pound sausage
cup Mozzarella cheese
cup seasoned bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450.
Clean mushrooms and.remove mushroom stems. Chop stems and set aside.
Fry sausage and remove sausage with slotted spoon and drain on paper towel.
Remove all but 2 tablespoons of drippings. Add stems to skillet and cook until tender.
Remove skillet from heat.
Add sausage and bread crumbs to mushrooms stems. Add shredded cheese.
Fill each mushroom cap with sausage and cheese mixture.
Place in large jelly roll pan and bake 15 minutes.
