Cucumber
Tomatoes
Cauliflower
Yogurt
Green pepper
Garam masala


To Make Paneer

Vinegar

To Make Paneer
1. Boil milk
2. Add 2 tsp vinegar
When milk splits, sift it. Put a heavy thing on sifter to settle it. Cut into long pieces.

To Make Dish:
1. Put paneer in yogurt & bake at 375F.
2. Do the same with cucumbers, tomatoes and cauliflower
(Bake only after 1- 1 1/2 hrs of marination)
3. Also add garam masala/chaat masala.

Make the Tomato Puree
Put tomatoes in blender with green peppers

PREP: Put rice, then tomato puree, then rice, then puree again. Repeat this again. Add vegetables on top and bake until golden brown.
