3 cups diced applies
1 cup broken pecans
1 cup wesson oil
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2-1/2 cups self-rising flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together by hand. Grease cake pan well. Bake at 350º for one hour. Let cool in pan.

Note: This cake absolutely crumbles and falls apart when you try to cut it, but is by far the best apple cake I have ever eaten!!!
