2-3 lb chuck or round steak
¼ c flour
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
1 Tbsp oil
14 oz can whole tomatoes
1 large onion, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Remove excess fat from steak cut into 6 pieces. Sprinkle with flour, salt and pepper. Pound both sides of meat. In heavy skillet or dutch oven, brown both sides meat in oils; add tomatoes and onion. Cover, cook in 350º oven or simmer over low heat until fork tender.
