½ Gallon Chocolate Milk (lowfat)
1 6oz carton Cool Whip (lite)
1 Can Eagle Brand Milk (Fat Free)
(opt: chocolate syrup)

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and pour into freezer container for ice cream maker

Follow your freezer instructions to freeze ice cream.

When finished put ice cream in Tupperware container and keep in freezer.
