2 cups flour
2 tsp. soda
2 cups sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1½ cups Wesson Oil
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs
4 cups grated carrots
¼ tsp salt
1 cup nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and Wesson oil, add eggs one at a time. Mix flour, soda, Baking Powder, salt & cinnamon & blend. Fold in carrots & nuts. Put in 4--layer cake pans, greased & floured. Bake 35 minutes @ 350º.
