1 lb. package of sausage
2 8-oz. cans tomato sauce
¾ lb. noodles
¼ tsp. garlic salt
¼ tsp. celery salt
½ tsp. rosemary - crushed

Cheese Mixture
1 cup cottage cheese
1 8-oz. package cream cheese (softened)
¼ c. sour cream
⅓ c. green onions (snipped)
½ green pepper (minced)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat; drain. Add tomato sauce and spices. Cook noodles; drain. Combine cheese mixture ingredients. Place ½ the noodles in the bottom of a 2 qt. dish then cover with the cheese mixture. Add the remaining noodles. Top with the tomato/meat sauce. Bake for 30 min. at 350ºF.

This makes a great dish to take to a pot luck or a quick lasagna type meal. It is cheap and easy and one of Hanna's favorites!
