1 large can of evaporated milk
2 can of cream of chicken soup
1 large package of frozen broccoli spears
4 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast
12 - 16 slices of american cheese

Topping Italian Bread Crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Bake chicken on both sides (5 minutes each side)
Prepare broccoli per package directions
Line 13x9 pan with broccoli spears
In a sauce pan on low hear mix soup and milk, stirring for 5 minutes
Put a layer of cheese over broccoli and a small amount of soup mixture
Place chicken on top
Cover chicken with remaining cheese
Pour remaining soup mixture over the top
Cover with bread crumbs

Best if made the night before and refrigerate
Bake 350 for 1 hour
