1 c heavy whipping cream
8 oz. mascarpone cheese
2 tsp. coffee granules ( I use instant expresso)
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Semi sweet chocolate bar
Directions:
Directions:
Sitr coffee granules into whipping cream until dissolved. Add the remaining ingredients (except chocolate shavings) and whip until stiff peaks form. Put in a bowl or shape into a ball and place on a serving plate. Shave or grate the chocolate bar over the top. Serve with cookies, either thin spice/ginger snaps or butter cookies.

This is an easy, delicous, and light dessert to serve or great for a party. I have put the dip into martini glasses and grate the chocolate on top and serve with the cookies, to jazz up the presentation.
