1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
2 Tablespoons parsley
½ teaspoon oregano
2/3 cup oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 large onion, chopped
juice of 1 lemon or 1/4 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together and pour over small chunks of meat
(beef, pork, venison, lamb or even chicken)
Marinate for at least 24 hours
and up to 5 days
Grill and serve with Italian bread.
