2 cups finely grated Cheddar cheese
½ cup butter, softened
¼ teaspoon hot pepper sauce
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1 cup all-purpose flour, unsifted

1 (6-ounce) jar pimento-stuffed olives


Directions:
Directions:
Thoroughly mix cheese, butter, hot pepper sauce, salt, paprika, and flour. Form a portion of dough around each well-drained olive.

Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 400F for 15 minutes or until golden brown

These are best served warm from the oven. Watch how quickly they disappear! They can also be made ahead and frozen. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
