Mix the following until crumbly:
1 chocolate cake mix
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
1 cup chopped nuts or Toffee bars

Melt and mix the following
1 package chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla
1 can sweetened condensed milk

Directions:
Directions:
Spread this mixture over the layer in the cake mix. Sprinkle the remaining cake mixture over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes until bubbly. Cool and cut into small pieces. (about 30 per pan)
