4 skinless chicken breast
3 Tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons all purpose flour
1 Cup chicken broth
small container sour cream
2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard

In a large skillet, brown chicken in butter for about 15 to 20 minuets until cooked through and juices run clear. Remove from skillet and place on a warm oven proof platter

Preheat oven to 150º

Stir flour into skillet drippings. Add broth and stir vigorously until flour is dissolved and liquid has the consistency of a sauce. Add sour cream , simmer, stirring over moderate heat for about 10 minutes until sauce is thick. Stir mustard and heat through

Put chicken back into skillet. For 10 minutes if Garvey is too thick add chicken broth
