3-4 lb brisket
garlic salt to taste
onion salt to taste
celery salt to taste
½ bottle liquid smoke
1 bottle BBQ sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In baking pan, place brisket (not corned beef). The day before serving sprinkle meat on fatty side with garlic, onion and celery salt. Pour liquid smoke over meat. Cover tightly in foil and marinate overnight in refrigerator. Bake meat in slow oven 275º for 3½ hours or until fork tender, then chill in refrigerator (still covered. After fat has become solid, remove fat from baking dish. Slice meat while cold as thin as desired. Pour BBQ sauce over sliced brisket. Cover with foil and heat completely in slow oven. Watch carefully, as this will dry out rather fast. Transfer to heated platter and serve.
