1 C. Soft Butter 2 ½ C. Flour
1 C. & 1 Tbs. Sugar ¾ C. Baking cocoa
1 C. Brown Sugar 1 tsp. Baking Soda
2 Eggs 1 C. Chopped Pecans
2 tsp. Vanilla 1 - 13 oz. Pkg. Rolos

Directions:

Cream butter, brown sugar and 1 cup sugar, Add eggs and vanilla. In separate bowl combine flour, cocoa, and baking soda. Add to creamed mixture. Beat until combined. Stir in ½ cup pecans. Shape dough by Tablespoon around the candy. In a small bowl, combine remaining pecans and 1 Tbs. sugar. Dip each cookie ½ way then place nut side up on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 7-10 minutes or until top is slightly cracked. Cool 3 minutes on pan then remove from pan
