14 oz. Bag Kraft Caramels 1 German Chocolate Cake Mix
1 Cube Butter or margarine 1 C. Nuts
1 Can Eagle Brand Milk 1 6 oz. Pkg. Chocolate Chips

Directions:
Directions:
Melt together; caramels, butter, eagle brand milk. Mix German Chocolate cake as directed. Spread of the batter in Large cake pan and bake 15 min. at 350. Cool and spread caramel mix over baked cake. Pour remaining batter over caramel and top with nuts and chocolate chips. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes.
