1 package yellow cake mix
4 egg whites
11 ounce mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 cup mayonnaise

Frosting:
30 ounce can crushed pineapple, drained (save juice)
8 ounce Cool Whip
1 small package vanilla pudding


Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake mix, 3/4 cup drained pineapple juice, mandarine oranges, mayo and egg whites in bowl. Beat on high speed until blended. Spray 9 x 13 pan with Pam. Add cake. Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Completely cool. Mix pineapple, Cool Whip and pudding mix on low speed. Pour over cold cake. Cover and refrigerate.
